How Peplux works
From a free assessment to ongoing support, here's exactly what happens, with a US-licensed clinician and a US-licensed pharmacy involved every step of the way.
1 · Take the assessment
Tell us about your health and goals. It's free and takes about five minutes.
- A short medical-history questionnaire built with clinicians.
- No charge to complete it, and no obligation to continue.
- Your information is kept private and used only for your care.
2 · Clinician review
A US-licensed, independent provider reviews your assessment.
- A real, US-licensed clinician (never AI) decides what's appropriate for you.
- If a treatment isn't right for you, they'll tell you honestly.
- You can message them with questions before deciding.
3 · Pharmacy & delivery
If you're approved and choose to begin, a US-licensed pharmacy fills your order.
- Filled by a US-licensed pharmacy and shipped discreetly to your door. No overseas grey-market vials.
- Clear instructions included; questions answered by your care team.
- Track every shipment from your member dashboard.
4 · Ongoing care
Your care doesn't stop at the first shipment.
- Message your care team 7 days a week.
- Check-ins and progress tracking on eligible plans.
- Adjust, pause, or cancel anytime, with no hoops.

How reserving works
Some flagship stacks, like Recovery & Repair (BPC-157 + KPV + TB-500), are pending FDA review and not for sale. You can reserve a spot for free, with no payment, while we wait.
Find a reserve stack
Reserve items are clearly labeled as pending FDA review and not available for purchase today.
Reserve for free
Hold your spot with no payment and no card on file. Reserving is not a purchase.
We await FDA review
An FDA advisory review is expected in July 2026. Reserving never implies approval, and some peptides may not become available.
Priority access
If, and only if, a stack can be offered lawfully, reservation holders get first access. Cancel anytime; results vary.
Care first, always
Peplux is built so the clinical decision stays with a clinician. A few important things to know:
Eligibility is determined by a licensed clinician based on your health information. Some people won't be approved, and that's the system working as intended.
We never promise specific results. Outcomes vary from person to person, and your clinician will set realistic expectations.
Peplux is not for urgent or emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
You can ask questions, decline treatment, or cancel at any time. Your data is private and used only for your care.
