The legal stuff, in plain English
We think legal pages should be readable. Here is where our binding documents stand, and the commitments we hold ourselves to either way.
Peplux is not yet open for business and nothing on this site is for sale. Our binding Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Telehealth Informed Consent, and Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms are in attorney review now and will be published on this page before any service launches or any payment is accepted.
Documents and status
What we commit to, in plain English
These are the principles the final documents will reflect.
Peplux is a platform, not a pharmacy
Peplux is a technology and care-coordination platform. It is not a pharmacy or a medical practice. Medical decisions are made by independent, US-licensed clinicians, and medications are dispensed by independent, US-licensed pharmacies.
No guaranteed prescriptions or outcomes
Completing an assessment or paying a fee never guarantees a prescription. Clinicians can and do say no. Results vary from person to person, and we will never promise a specific outcome.
Honest billing
One clear flat price, auto-renewal disclosed up front, advance notice before charges, and cancellation that genuinely takes a couple of clicks. No hidden fees, no retention traps.
Your data is for your care
We will not sell your health information. It is used to deliver your care and run the service, shared with your clinician and pharmacy as needed, and protected under the agreements the law requires.
Compounded medications disclosure
Some treatments may involve compounded medications. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and nothing on this site implies otherwise. Your clinician will discuss risks and benefits with you.
Reserve list is not a sale
Reserve-list peptides are pending FDA review and are not for sale. Reserving is free, captures no payment, and may never convert to a product. No FDA approval is implied.
Adults, in eligible states
The service will be for adults 18 and older, physically located in US states where it is offered. Availability varies by state and is confirmed during clinician review.
Not medical advice
Content on this site is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
